The Challenge
SBI LYHOUR Bank set out to modernize its digital banking capabilities with the launch of new Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. To achieve this vision, the bank required a secure, scalable, and future-ready API layer to integrate core banking functions, national payment systems, and value-added services—all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The challenge was to bring together a wide range of banking features—including fund transfers, loan servicing, bill payments, payroll, and checkbook services—under a unified API-driven architecture that could support both retail and business customers.
